Es un grupo super reducido que se alucina con que son los mejores y que tienen una visión que no todos comparten. Ah y también chamaquean a repartidores haciéndoles creer que por afiliar negocios, en un futuro les van a dar comisiones si es que caen pedidos. Existen muchas alternativas que con solo conectar el celular, ya te ofrecen trabajo y tienen más de 200 pedidos al día para todos los repartidores. P	Pepe Amador on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve una mala experiencia con una cancelación de pedido debido a un error en la aplicación por la ubicación y me quisieron cobrar una cuota poco coherente con el servicio: Me contactaron queriendo hacer un cargo para nada sustentado en sus términos y condiciones, mismos que el personal seguramente no ha ni leído (y lo digo por que en varias ocasiones pedí el sustento del monto o razón por la que querían hacer ese cargo y evadieron esa pregunta) debido a que yo si los leí y sus términos no son claros en este aspecto de las cancelaciones. Y lo cito textualmente “Podrá cancelar el servicio antes de que el “VELOZ” recoja o compre el “PRODUCTO”, teniendo que pagar una contraprestación (cuota de cancelación o pena) por dicha cancelación, la cual irá acorde de servicio que se iba a prestar y al camino ya recorrido por el “VELOZ” para atender el “MANDADO”.” Sin mencionar porcentaje, monto u cuota fija o algo similar. Accedí a pagar una cuota mucho más razonable y equiparable con la de otras plataformas con servicios similares y aún así bloquearon mi cuenta. No es la única app de servicio de recolección y entrega que utilizó y en cambio las demás si tienen bien establecido en caso de cancelación lo que ocurrirá y no es al azar o al criterio del personal en ese momento.
