No sé si es por el rumbo o el "tipo de clientela" porque parece que las entrenan para tratar groseramente a los clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tardan demasiado está una filota y solo una persona dando atención al publico mala organización y las empleadas con sus getas ya no se que es peor si el Oxxo o aqui...paso más de media hora esperando dónde escribieron que trajera el recibo de CFE y cuando me atendieron me dijeron que ese recibo no que era predial

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio pésimo, mucha apatía por parte del personal, no te resuelven nada y solo te dan respuestas iguales a los conmutadores, parecen grabadoras. No recomiendo está empresa. Veolia, no toma lecturas reales de los medidores y te cobran el doble cuando no consumes agua. Se la pasan robando a la gente. Y como no tienes otra opción abusan y te obligan a pagar o te quedas sin agua.
The lousy service, a lot of apathy on the part of the staff, they do not solve anything for you and they only give you the same answers to the switches, they seem like recorders. I do not recommend this company. Veolia doesn't take real meter readings and they charge you double when you don't use water. They spend their time robbing people. And since you have no other option, they abuse and force you to pay or you run out of water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay tanta fila, la atención fue rápida, sin embargo, el servicio en sí, es ultra deficiente, me refiero a que no específica que pagas, la app intermitente, por lo que los pagos no me parece seguro realizarlos, además de las interminables, considerando que el agua en la ciudad es muuuuuy poca.
There is not so much line, the attention was fast, however, the service itself is extremely poor, I mean that it does not specify what you pay, the intermittent app, so the payments do not seem safe to me, in addition to the endless , considering that the water in the city is very little.

Y solo tengo un medidor, ya van infinidades de veces que voy a sus oficinas para que me den solución y solo mandan a mi domicilio a un verificador que revisa que efectivamente solo hay 1 medidor y el otro pues se lo inventaron... aun así me siguen llegando dos recibos ya fui y fui y fui y no me resuelven nada!!! La señoritas que atienden de verdad no saben ni lo que están haciendo me dicen que no pague ningún recibo hasta que se resuelva y a los días llegan a la casa a cortar por falta de pago así que tengo que pagar los dos recibos, de verdad su ineptitud es sorprendente!!! Y ni hablar de que llevo un año intentando cambiar a mi nombre el recibo por que hasta me han dicho que tengo que llevar al antiguo dueño, teniendo yo las escrituras a mi nombre de verdad un pésimo servicio!!!
I get two water bills! And I only have one meter, there are countless times that I go to their offices to get a solution and they only send a verifier to my home who checks that there is really only 1 meter and the other one they invented... even so I keep getting two receipts and I went and went and went and they don't solve anything for me!!! The ladies who really attend do not even know what they are doing, they tell me not to pay any receipt until it is resolved and the days they come to the house to cut due to non-payment, so I have to pay both receipts, really their ineptitude it's amazing!!! And not to mention that I have been trying to change the receipt to my name for a year because they have even told me that I have to take it to the former owner, since I have the deeds in my name, a really lousy service!
