Me entregaron mis lentes y no estaban bien, los regresé y se tardaron muchísimo en "arreglarlos", marcaba y según ya me los iban a regresar pero seguían igual. Me traían a puras vueltas y vueltas y vueltas, pedí el reembolso porque ya era demasiado tiempo y ya me dolían mis ojos y NO HACEN REEMBOLSO, cuando al fiiiiin los tenían listos fui por ellos y me los dieron en una bolsa de plástico, o sea perdieron mi estuche, total, mejor vayan a otra óptica, una que sea profesional, no como esta. Y no son nada baratos. ???♀️?♀️

They gave me my glasses and they were not right, I returned them and they took a long time to "fix" them, I marked and according to they were going to return them to me but they remained the same. They brought me round and round and round, I asked for a refund because it was already too long and my eyes were already hurting and they DO NOT MAKE A REFUND, when they finally had them ready I went for them and they gave them to me in a plastic bag, that is, They lost my case, total, better go to another optician, one that is professional, not like this one. And they are not cheap at all. ???♀️?♀️
