★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice basic hotel very close to the beach. We had the penthouse which does not have A/C (the other rooms do), but plenty of fans were provided. The roof terrace (private for PH) overlooking the beach, town, and surrounding mountains was a fantastic addition!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is close to the beach and that's wonderful, as well as the cleanliness and the upkeep of the place in general. It's not however a quiet place as it's right on the main street, which isn't bad per se, if that's what you want. The town of San Pancho is charming, so the balcony here offers great people watching, bit this is not a quiet getaway place. Though the hosts are friendly and helpful, it felt a bit forced and inauthentic, and the rooms are small... Neither are totally deal breakers, just things to know. Change your currency to pesos before you go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend staying at this Hotel if you are looking for a place to stay in San Pancho! There is no question that this hotel has the best view and location in all of San Pancho. It is right beside the most beautiful beach and super close to shopping options, and restaurants. Both the property administers and the front desk staff always go way above and beyond to assure that all guests are well taken care of. The atmosphere is warm, and the staff is kind and very friendly. We always have the most delightful experience staying this hotel, and for that reason we will always return. :)
