J	Julie MOREL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Endroit magnifique au milieu de la jungle. Nos 2 nuits chez Pepe et Carolina étaient parfaits pour débuter notre roadtrip mexicain. Beautiful place in the middle of the jungle. Our 2 nights at Pepe and Carolina's were the perfect start to our Mexican roadtrip.

El lugar es muy bonito, el ambiente que han creado es el mejor. Ideal si quieres despejarte por completo de lo cotidiano. Cerca muchos cenotes que puedes visitar Pepe and Caro are super attentive and friendly, and the food they cook is the best, I recommend the tuna ceviche, it's a delicacy. The place is very beautiful, the atmosphere they have created is the best. Ideal if you want to completely clear yourself from the everyday. Nearby many cenotes that you can visit

L	Liziane Giora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is fantastic. Quiet, secluded and peaceful, only minutes away from the Xcacel beach and 25mins from Akumal. The room was very nicely designed to the smallest details, which made our stay even more enjoyable. There are two receptionists to greet you when you arrive: ?Apollo and ?Blue. They are awesome dogs and will keep you company throughout your stay. The cats are super sweet too, one of them and I became BFFs. ?? Carolina and Peppe are the type of hosts you immediately wanna become friends with. TIP: get a massage with Carolina while you are there, she is very talented! ??‍♀️ Also, let Peppe cook for you, he is also an amazing cook, and will prepare meals from scratch with fresh ingredients - some from the garden. Oh, and did I mention that breakfast is included on your stay? ?

The hospitality and service of Pepe and Carolina is exceptional, two warm and open people with whom we had great conversations. Without doubt one of the favorite spots we stayed during our trip in Mexico. And yes, Verde Amar is in the middle of the jungle and not easy to find, but when you choose remote, you get remote. It puts your feet on the ground, brings you back to basic and the things which are important in life, offers an inspirational nature surrounding and the air you breath helps you to regenerate every cell in your body. Shortly, Verde Amar is a conscious choice and not one based on price or convenience. We are definitely going back and have recommended it already in our network.
