Se requiere cita para ingresar, aunque no respetan el horario. Hablan tajantemente y cortado, no explican su proceso o " podría dejar su vehículo y pasar a la zona de etc ". En lugar de " bajese ... camine al área de espera". Esto engloba amabilidad.
En caja cobran las copias por uso de pago con tarjeta.
En mi visita se tenían 12 vehículos. Dos fueron llamados a re-ingreso, al dueño no le quisieron explicar porque.
No tienen cambio en pago con efectivo. Y avientan los documentos para que consigas el cambio exacto.
No están dando ticket de pago. A mí me lo dieron porque lo pedí.
Tiempo de espera para 12 vehículos, de 45 a 60 min con dos líneas para verificar.
Por alguna razón mezclaron los documentos de un Mazda con una NP300, solo espero que haya sido error de empalmar las copias con las tarjetas de circulación.
Satisfacción al cliente: vamos a dejarle cero hasta la próxima visita.

An appointment is required to enter, although they do not respect the schedule. They speak bluntly and cut off, they do not explain their process or "you could leave your vehicle and go to the etc area". Instead of "get off... walk to the waiting area". This encompasses kindness.
In the box they charge the copies for the use of payment by card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, debes ingresar con cita, la atención es muy amable, te revisan documentación, te indican donde dejar el auto, te pasan a la sala de espera, te hablan cuando debes pasar a pagar por el servicio. Es muy rápido todo, máximo 20 minutos de espera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es muy concurrido, respetan las citas, yo fui en fin de mes y tranquilo. Solo da desconfianza la gran cantidad de establecimientos y gente "coyotes" que están al rededor del módulo y se ven bien delincuentes. Si tú auto está en buenas condiciones y llegas directo al módulo de verificación. Te evalúan rápido y no hay problema.
Lo único, solo no es visible el precio de la verificación. Y no parece haber pago con tarjeta.
