Veía otro vehículo entrar y salir, pero el mío no.
Son derechos, no pague nada extra y le otorgaron la doble 0.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas instalaciones, buen servicio y sistema de control para las personas que llevamos nuestros vehículos a verificar con cita, pues el tiempo de espera fué aproximadamente de 20 a 30 minutos en fila y ya ingresando el vehículo al centro de verificación el tiempo de espera fué de 20 minutos. Cabe señalar que la atención del personal es muy amable, además de ser eficientes. Felicitaciones ?? ?? ??
Good facilities, good service and control system for the people who take our vehicles to verify by appointment, since the waiting time was approximately 20 to 30 minutes in line and once the vehicle entered the verification center the waiting time was 20 minutes. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando no hay autos son muy rápidos y atentos, pero en cuanto empiezan con carga de trabajo, empiezan a atenderte mal, si tienes algo que observarles responden de manera grosera, contando al encargado.
Me dejaron esperando demasiado para pasar a la línea y cuando cuestioné porqué es que porque estaban buscando mis papeles, dentro de su oficina tienen un desorden. Si no voy a hacerles la observación que ya me tenían ahí demasiado tiempo aún teniendo yo cita. (autos que llegaban después pasaban primero) fue que se apuraron, todo en la oficina lo hicieron, lento y no fueron para disculparse. Ya van varias veces que voy y el trato es el mismo.
Buscaré otro verificentro donde la atención sea mejor.
When there are no cars they are very fast and attentive, but as soon as they start with a workload, they start to treat you badly, if you have something to observe they respond rudely, telling the manager.
They left me waiting too long to go to the line and when I questioned why it is because they were looking for my papers, inside their office they have a mess. If I am not going to make the observation that they already had me there for too long, even though I had an appointment. (cars that arrived later passed first) was that they rushed, everything in the office they did, slow and they did not come to apologize. It's been several times that I go and the treatment is the same.
I will look for another verification center where the attention is better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Genere mi cita por internet, y al llegar en tiempo y forma al verificentro, no sirvió de nada me pidieron hacer fila habiendo en la misma más de quince carros, se lo hice ver a la chica que te pide lo s papeles y se puso muy grosera me dijo que todos debían formarse con o sin cita, y según ella todos los carros formados llevan cita, misma que no pude ver por ningún lado ya que llevavan la mano papeles de los carros que me antecedieron y ninguno llevo impresa su supuesta cita. Ya en el verificentro, eres atendido de forma rápida y eficaz.
