★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las atención es pésima, además siendo una zona turística deberían tener a alguien que hable el idioma inglés, ya que me toco ver una escena entre una turista y una empleada que fue algo grosera con ella porque le no entendía

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, mala atención, mala explicación. Y a parte su “gerenta” o persona que estuviera en caja esta mañana me trato de mentirosa. No cuentan con probadores y no supieron asesorarme sobre mi talle por eso no me quedaron las cosas que compré y no me permitieron cambiar. Si pensas en ir a comprar a vertiche y estás viendo los reveiws NO VAYAS . Ahórrate un mal momento.
Terrible service, bad attention, bad explanation. And apart from his "manager" or person who was in the box this morning, he treated me as a liar. They do not have fitting rooms and they did not know how to advise me on my size, so I did not have the things I bought and they did not allow me to change. If you think about going shopping at vertiche and you are watching the reveiws, DO NOT GO. Save yourself a bad time.

No se puede acceder a los probadores.
Lots of cheap clothes but of dubious quality. Attention does not stand out.

Groseros, e ineficientes. Malisimo servicio!!!!
No por ser una tienda economica" qué la neta yo voy por los tesoros qué puedes encontrar entre la tela corriente y el servicio DEPLORABLE . TULUM ! eres mágico! Consejo para los dueños....
Contraten gente que de verdad le importe su trabajo y la atención al cliente ! Si es que quieren crecer y dejar de vender solo en este círculo pequeño...
Por mi parte . Esperare a que se me passe el coraje para volver a decidir entrar a si tienda. Igualmente TODA LA GENTE QUE CONOZCO EN TULUM.

Hire people who really care about their work and customer service! If they want to grow and stop selling only in this small circle ...
For me . I will wait for the courage to pass to decide to go back to the store. Likewise ALL THE PEOPLE I KNOW IN TULUM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife bought a dress. She went back to exchange it, found the right side, dame dress and they wouldnt let her exchange the dress because it was bought on discount. We have been all over México and she buys clothes all the time, bug she wont go to this stole again. Sorry Vertiche! You lost more business than you will ever know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I actually like the clothes. I used to shop there once a week. They have many cute dresses.
But it has been almost three weeks since the mask mandates have been dropped in whole Quintana Roo. Masks are no longer required in indoor areas. Vertiche in Tulum is the only store still requiring it. Even the Vertiche in Playa doesn't ask for them anymore. I could still maybe comprehend it if they just wanted to be extra safe, but they are ok with wearing the mask under your nose. Meaning it's totally pointless and simply an act of silly trained behaviour. I will not shop here anymore until that changes.
