★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención, los costos ligeramente más elevados que en otros lados, pero lo vale por la atención y amabilidad. Solo falta darle un poquito más de mantenimiento a las instalaciones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy molesto con esta veterinaria no cumplen lo que prometen ,el mes pasado lleve a mi mascota para incineración ,compré un paquete con vídeo del momento de la incineración y resulta q no se hizo dicho vídeo q se disculpaban q era algo ajeno a ellos y q me reembolsaban lo del vídeo ,no es el hecho de q te reembolsen ,yo como se q en realidad lo q me entregaron fueron las cenizas de mi mascota,pésimo servicio no los recomiendo,no son serios.
I am annoyed with this veterinarian, they do not fulfill what they promise, last month I took my pet for cremation, I bought a package with a video of the moment of cremation and it turns out that said video was not made, that they apologized that it was something alien to them and that I They reimbursed the video, it is not the fact that they reimburse you, as I know that what they actually gave me was the ashes of my pet, terrible service, I do not recommend them, they are not serious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son los peores veterinarios que he conocido parece que no cursaron la carrera, en cierta ocasión lleve a mi perro por qué le salió una bolita en su cuello, me dijeron que seguramente se había cortado con algo y se le había infectado, le drenaron lo que tenía y me dijeron que si le volvía a salir que yo podía hacerlo con una aguja y le dieron medicamento, le volvió a salir hice lo que me dijeron y le volvía a salir super rápido, lo lleve a otro veterinario y me dijo que era un tumor que no podía creer que no se dieran cuenta y lo que hicieron. Por suerte el tumor fue benigno y mi perro sigue vivo.
They are the worst veterinarians I have ever met, it seems that they did not take the degree, on one occasion I took my dog because a lump appeared on his neck, they told me that he had surely cut himself on something and it had become infected, they drained what I had it and they told me that if it came back I could do it with a needle and they gave him medicine, it came back I did what they told me and it came back super fast, I took him to another vet and he told me it was a tumor that could not believe that they did not realize and what they did. Luckily the tumor was benign and my dog is still alive.
