J	Jess Hinostrosa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí a esta veterinaria porque me queda cerca de mi domicilio y por las buenas reseñas, sin embargo, a mi me pasó que lleve a mi gatita porque tenía sangrados al hacer sus necesidades, y el veterinario sin hacerle sus estudios correspondientes le prescribió desparasitantes, pero no se le quito, por lo cual, preocupada, me toco ir a otra veterinaria, en la que primero le hicieron estudios para dar un real diagnóstico y tratamiento, y descubrieron que su sangrado no fue por parasitos en el estomado, como estuvo adivinando el veterinario de Livet, al contrario eso le lastimo su pancita, tiene problemas intestinales. Ademas de eso, en ese inter que me la estaban "tratando", se me ocurrió llevarla ahí a bañar, pero tampoco lo hicieron con los cuidados ni la limpieza, ya que también le transmirtieron acaros en sus orejitas (enfermedad que se pasa entre gatitos o perritos, yo no tengo otro gatito ni convive con más y siempre esta en casa) algo que no tenía cuando la lleve, y todavía me cobraron de manera excesiva por no curarla de lo que traía y aparte la enfermaron más por sus negligencias. Me salio muy caro ir a esa veterinaria, primero por sus adivinanzas y estar medicando a mi gatita, sin que la curaran y todavia me cobraron caro, luego por transmitirle otra enfermedad de la que ya traía, y tercero, porque me toco llevarla a una veterinaria de verdad para que le dieran el medicamento que sí necesitaba y ahora tener que tratar lo que en esta veterinaria le transmitieron. Transmito mi experiencia para le gente que queremos y cuidamos de nuestros animalitos, tengan cuidado con ellos y no por una mala valoración, sin exámenes médicos se les complique, y les transmitan otras enfermedades; como me pasó con mi gatita que hoy sufre derivado de ese primer mal diagnóstico y complicación de enfermedad, las cuales ya las estamos tratando con otra veterinaria (Petco, la cual hasta me salio más barata que en esta veterinaria patito), lo bueno que en este caso se pudo evitar lo peor, pero sería una gran lástima que alguién lleve a su mascota a ese lugar por algo más grave y también lo mediquen sin saber y sin darle la importancia a nuestras mascotas y ocurra una tragedia, TENGAN CUIDADOOO!!! In addition to that, in the meantime they were "treating" her, it occurred to me to take her there to bathe, but neither did they do it with care or cleaning, since they also transmitted mites in her ears (a disease that is passed between kittens or puppies, I do not have another kitten nor does she live with more and she is always at home) something that she did not have when I took her, and they still charged me excessively for not curing her than what she brought and besides they made her sicker because of her negligence. It was very expensive for me to go to that veterinarian, first because of their riddles and to be medicating my kitten, without being cured and they still charged me dearly, then for transmitting another disease that I already had, and thirdly, because I had to take her to a a real vet so that they could give her the medicine she did need and now have to treat what this vet gave her. I transmit my experience to the people who love and take care of our animals, be careful with them and not because of a bad evaluation, without medical examinations they are complicated, and they transmit other diseases; As it happened to me with my kitten who today suffers from that first misdiagnosis and disease complication, which we are already treating with another veterinarian (Petco, which even came out cheaper than in this duckling veterinary), the good thing that in This case could avoid the worst, but it would be a great pity if someone takes their pet to that place for something more serious and they also medicate it without knowing and without giving importance to our pets and a tragedy occurs, BE CAREFUL !!!

El tema con este negocio es que se combinan las peores características: avaricia, engaño e inmoralidad. La doctora Monserrat y el doctor Brayan carecen de ética e incumplen con el juramento de todo veterinario y no se conducen ni con honradez ni con dignidad ni con prudencia. Lo único que buscan es sacarte dinero a toda costa. El tema con nuestra perrita es que nos mintieron al decirnos que la profilaxis dental era URGENTE y en ese procedimiento se les murió. Sí, una simple limpieza dental. En fin, expongo mi comentario con el fin de evitar que otros animalitos padezcan lo que estos mercantilistas con su enorme ego puedan hacer con ellos. Los muy sinvergüenzas, como no sabían si estaba estirilizada, propusieron abrirla para confirmar. ¡Increíble! Como si fuera cualquier cosa. Además, querían hacerle una necropsia y vendernos el servicio de cremación. ¡Nefasto servicio! Para ellos sólo es un negocio.

Cuando se le pidió una explicación solo levantó los hombros y no dio más razón. Que poca ética, es posible que este tipo de doctores esté por ahí dando supuesto cuidado a nuestras mascotas.
