Vet service is very good, bath timing takes soooo long for big dogs like mine so she gets stressed for being long time locked in there, prices are average and the location is convenient

The care at Mr Can was outstanding. My dogs are my family and I am very picky with them. This vet team took such good care of my boxer with a little surgery. I have lived here for 3 years and this is the only vet I will trust with my pups. Highly recommend!!

The vet is so compassionate and thorough. He explained what he was looking for, what he suspected and ran ultrasounds and xrays on our dog. Though the tests were inconclusive for anything major (tumors, cancer), he gave us medicine to aid his stomach discomfort which did help our dog feel better.

I waited in line for 15 minutes before the clinic opened. 3 people were ahead of me. They served all three people and at least another 15 clients before they even asked my name or why I was there. People were told by staff to step around me while I was in line. I didn't feel welcome. I felt they didn't want to treat my cat. They were rude. They were unprofessional. Their prices are also much much higher than other vets in the area. I arrived at 9:45 am and left at nearly 3:00 pm and only got a 10 minute consultation for 300 pesos. The doctor made an appointment for the next day at 10 am for a procedure. Again, I arrived early and everyone stepped around me to be served while I waited in line with my sick animal. My appointment was at 10am. Around 10:30 am someone came to ask the animals name and left before I could ask any questions. They made zero effort to understand my broken Spanish. Their customer service was terrible. The staff was inattentive of the clients. I felt like I was in a normal Hospital Emergency Room waiting hours just to see a doctor for a few minutes. There are tons of other vet clinics that care about their clients and the animals. Do not waste your time, money or risk your animals well-being at this trashy business.

Wonderful veterinary care. Our 8 month old Yorkie puppy suffered a double bone break on his front leg when the manager of the RV Park we were staying in, dropped him. He had to have two surgeries and spent 7 weeks recovering at the vets. The care was professional, and all staff were very loving and caring toward our pup. Great people!
