★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé a mi gatito para sus primeras vacunas. Me atendieron puntualmente con cita y el doctor me explicó cada paso de la revisión hasta los posibles efectos secundarios de las vacunas. Fue amable y cuidadoso en su trato con mi gatito. Las instalaciones podrían mejorar al respecto de iluminación y distribución de mobiliario, pero todo lo demás es muy bueno.
 I took my kitty for her first shots. I was seen on time by appointment and the doctor explained every step of the checkup to possible side effects of the vaccines. He was kind and careful in his treatment of my kitten. The facilities could improve in terms of lighting and distribution of furniture, but everything else is very good.

PESIMA OPCIÓN para una emergencia veterinaria, ingrese un paciente por fluctuación de temperatura y diarrea, fue practicamente imposible obtener seguimiento el día siguiente por teléfono solo una vez me respondieron para decirme que estaba estable , después ya no se dieron el tiempo de darme un estado rápido, ni de devolverme la llamada ,decidí ir por el animal y me dijeron que estuvo todo el tiempo igual a cuando lo ingrese ( entonces no le dieron seguimiento y solo lo mantuvieron con suero , fue toda la atención) , mala higiene ( hay orines en el piso ) tardan mucho en atender ya estando en el lugar , no dan seguimiento apropiado de los pacientes , no tienen servicio al cliente.

Y me parece excelente qué dan servicio 24/7, por eso llevé mi perro porque se enfermó un domingo cuando nuestro veterinario habitual estaba cerrado y nos sacó del problema. Sin embargo después del tratamiento inicial quisieron internarlo una noche lo que estaba bien, y después de eso lo querían mantener una noche, apesar de que me habían dicho que iba bien mi perro, y con los precios tan elevados preferí darlo de alta y llevarlo al veterinario de siempre. En fin está bien si tienes una emergencia, pero me parece muy caro (aunque obviamente la salud de tu mascota no tiene precio) para llevarlo todo el tiempo

Nos indicaron todo el tiempo los procesos y los precios antes de proceder a hacer algo. Las mascotas quedan en muy buenas manos si necesitan quedarse en la noche (la mía tuvo que quedarse varias noches), todo el tiempo se comunicaban con nosotros para decirnos cómo seguía. Cuando ya no pudimos seguir dejándola ahí, nos dieron buenas indicaciones de lo que teníamos que hacer para cuidarla. Siempre ofrecen opciones para comprar ahí, pero también dan la opción de hacerlo en otro lado. Muy buenos precios considerando sus servicios. En definitiva será el nuevo veterinario de cabecera de mis perros.

All the vets seem concerned with the animals. There seems to be a lot of turnover which like many companies in Mexico is often related to employees being underpaid.
