It has 3 stars for what happens with this Veterinary: I had a kitten that got bad kidney stones, it was completely covered up and they only attended me for this emergency, when we arrived quickly and they were able to uncover it, he had to rest with them for 1 day and the second I I took him, but they gave me everything dirty with urine, but anyway, on the 3rd day they told us that they could remove the catheter and we took him and they removed the catheter and the cone, everything was "fine" at the time but my cat did not go he himself was weaker and never recovered 100%, besides the whole joke came out at $7000, when they uncovered him, they gave him medicine, I kept him under observation for 1 day, they didn't tell us things or costs, no They told us nothing clear, their treatment of the client was horrible, they took advantage of our urgency, I did not feel well attended or anything. My kitten got sick again but the new vet who treated me told me that his heart was weak and that it was because of how he was treated at the other vet, it was a disaster Viva Animal. My kitten died a week ago. I will never come back here because of the horrible customer service they have. Those who attend part have no empathy.
