★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si en verdad les importan sus perros NO VENGAN a una clínica tan poco profesional cómo está. Esterilice a mi perro aquí dejándome llevar por los “buenos comentarios” que tienen en sus redes y fue una pésima decisión, pues no realizaron la operación bien y en verdad mi perro estuvo apunto de morir a causa de una hemorragia interna. Tuve que llevarlo a otra clínica donde tuvo que entrar a operación de emergencia, ya que (para mi sorpresa) en Maxcot decidieron no trabajar en lunes. (¿¡Que clínica que es responsable de realizar operaciones a pacientes decide no laborar?!)
En esta otra clínica me confirmaron que le realizaron muy mal la operación a mi perro.
Afortunadamente mi perrito sobrevivió, pero
El administrador de Maxcot jamás se hizo responsable del mal trato que recibió mi perrito.
En verdad una pena de lugar
 If you really care about your dogs DO NOT COME to such an unprofessional clinic as it is. I sterilized my dog here, letting myself be carried away by the "good comments" they have on their networks and it was a terrible decision, because they did not perform the operation well and in fact my dog was about to die from internal bleeding. I had to take him to another clinic where he had to go into emergency operation, since (to my surprise) Maxcot decided not to work on Monday. (What clinic that is responsible for performing operations on patients decides not to work ?!)
In this other clinic they confirmed that they performed the operation on my dog very badly.
Fortunately my puppy survived, but
The manager of Maxcot was never responsible for the bad treatment my puppy received.
Truly a pity of place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO SERVICIO, lleve a mi gatito a esterilizar y cuando me lo entregaron aun estaba manchado de sangre, salio temblando, estuvo con hemorragia una semana porque la operación la dejaron a medias y me lo tuvieron que volver a operar en otra veterinaria. No lleven a sus mascotas a este lugar
HUGE SERVICE, I took my kitten to be sterilized and when they gave him to me he was still stained with blood, he came out trembling, he was bleeding for a week because the operation was left halfway and he had to be operated on again at another vet. Do not bring your pets to this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé a mis perros a profilaxis y quería aprovechar para que les corten las uñas. En recepción me convencieron de hacer baño completo, me dijeron que primero se realizaba la profilaxis y por último el baño. No me avisaron que mis perros estarían a las 6pm, tres horas después de la supuesta hora de entrega, hasta que noté que se acercaba la hora y les llamé. Sería considerado que si hay algún cambio, avisen para que nos organicemos. En mi caso la profilaxis la empezaron a hacer a las 3pm que era supuestamente la hora de recoger a mis perros.Debido a eso perdimos una clase pagada de entrenamiento canino, mi perro fue entregado aún con los efectos de la anestesia y la otra tenía las orejas húmedas. La profilaxis correcta y el baño también, el trato al cliente y la entrega de los perros inconsiderado.
I took my dogs to prophylaxis and wanted to take advantage of it to have their nails trimmed. At reception they convinced me to do a full bath, they told me that the prophylaxis was done first and the bath last. I was not notified that my dogs would be there at 6pm, three hours after the supposed delivery time, until I noticed the time approaching and called them. It would be considered that if there is any change, notify us so that we can organize ourselves. In my case the prophylaxis was started at 3pm which was supposedly time to pick up my dogs, because of that we missed a paid canine training class, my dog was delivered still with the effects of anesthesia and the other had the wet ears. The correct prophylaxis and the bathroom too, the customer service and the inconsiderate delivery of the dogs.

Investiguen en todos lados antes de pensar llevar a sus mascotas a esta pSeudo clínica! El realiza las cirugías y no es raro que la mayoría tenga problemas post cirugía YA QUE usa materiales reciclados y las condiciones en las que las realiza son deplorables. MUCHO OJO⚠️⚠️⚠️
⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️The owner Pedro Carrillo is not a veterinarian, be careful! Use cards that are not his to usurp the profession of veterinarian! Do your research everywhere before you think about taking your pets to this pseudo-clinic! He performs the surgeries and it is not uncommon for most of them to have post-surgery problems BECAUSE he uses recycled materials and the conditions in which he performs them are deplorable. VERY EYE⚠️⚠️⚠️
