Mistreatment. We went for an emergency, they put us in one of their offices and then they took us out because we hadn't made an appointment. It was an emergency case!

The doctors honor the name of the veterinarian, the doctor is very sincere, she speaks the truth to you and does not spin things, especially when your pet is sick. It is a highly recommended clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer care (humans and pets). Dra. María and staff are attentive and patient when asking questions about your pet. She has responded to after-hours emergencies for our pets, too. The clinic and store are clean and offers grooming, quality pet foods (including prescription diets), and pet supplies. Prices for all services are posted. Little English is spoken here on the past, but recently added an English-speaking employee.
Dra. María is also knowledgeable regarding U.S. and European pet documentation. She prepared all the necessary documents for 3 of our dogs that entered the U.S. without any problems. I highly recommend and trust her with my pets.
