Terrible service, horrible customer service. They called me on the phone offering me promotions and since I didn't agree, the person acted rude, unprofessional, and aggressive. Avoid any contact with this company.

Hace un tiempo mi mamá compró un paquete con ellos, quisimos utilizarlo (en temporada baja), precios altísimos en hoteles y costo en vuelos sumamente elevados. Cuando yo sin tener experiencia en esto, puedo confirmar que no existe ningún beneficio al haber obtenido un paquete de más de $10,000 pesos. FRAUDE TOTAL.

Mal trato al cliente, solo te hablan bien cuando te quieren vender y cuando finalmente quieres usar tus paquetes de viaje te salen con que cancelaron el contrato. Tan falso las 5 estrellas si puras malas experiencias tiene la gente con VIAJEROS SOMOS no soy la única, solo te roban tu dinero NO ADQUIERAN NADA CON ELLOS. Y para concluir no atienden llamadas y si tienes suerte te responden de una manera déspota, siempre te cancelan las cosas.
Lo digo y lo reafirmó una ¡ESTAFA TOTAL!

Bad customer treatment, they only speak well to you when they want to sell you and when you finally want to use your travel packages they tell you that they canceled the contract. So false the 5 stars if people have bad experiences with VIAJES SOMOS I am not the only one, they only steal your money DO NOT ACQUIRE ANYTHING WITH THEM. And to conclude they don't answer calls and if you're lucky they answer you in a despotic way, they always cancel things for you.
I say it and it was reaffirmed by a TOTAL SCAM!
