★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, desde la compra de boletos por whats app, aumentaron el precio, según compré en diamante y el camión feo, sucio e incómodo y además de impuntual en la salida, se iba parando mucho e hizo casi 15 hrs de viaje.
No lo recomiendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucho coyote en venta de boletos. Sin embargo te permite regatear. En general es buena opción, económica, aunque en general la gente tampoco respeta el no- uso del baño, la basura o que en ocasiones toman bebidas alcohólicas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al principio dudaba en viajar en esa agencia de viajes pero después del primer viaje me encantó, los asientos super cómodos tienen pantalla donde pasan películas, cuánta con baño para dama y caballero no es de lujo el baño pero si lo necesario para la urgencia,cada asiento cuenta con dispositivo para cargar el teléfono (mi dispositivo no servía pero vi que todos los demás estaban cargando su CEL jejeje) , su clima está súper bien ajustado, no le pide nada nada a los ado. Sobre todo que por seguridad de todos los pasajeros no hacen paradas inesperadas.
At first I was hesitant to travel in that travel agency but after the first trip I loved it, the super comfortable seats have a screen where they show movies, how many with a bathroom for men and women, the bathroom is not luxurious but it is necessary for emergencies, each seat has a device to charge the phone (my device was useless but I saw that all the others were charging their CEL hehehe), its climate is super well adjusted, it does not ask anything of the ado. Above all, for the safety of all passengers, they do not make unexpected stops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio muy muy deficiente. En la compra del billete a través de WhatsApp me informaron mal de los horarios y por ese motivo perdí mi autobús a Cdmx. Ni siquiera Había nadie en las oficinas o al otro lado del tfn para reclamar. No lo recomiendo en absoluto!
Había oído cosas negativas de esta compañía, aún así me animé a viajar con ellos, gran error el mío!!!
Very very poor service. When buying the ticket through WhatsApp, I was misinformed about the schedules and for that reason I missed my bus to Cdmx. There wasn't even anyone in the offices or on the other side of the tfn to claim. I do not recommend at all!
I had heard negative things about this company, even so I decided to travel with them, my big mistake!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first experience with Viajes Aury was not so good. I bought my ticket online for 560 pesos. The guy next to me paid 350. I had no idea it was so much cheaper to buy the ticket at the office than online.
The people working at the counter at check-in weren't very nice. Maybe they were just having a bad day.
There are about 6 bus loads leaving around the same time. That's about 250-300 people. The waiting area only has about 15 seats.
The seats on the bus are so close that when the guy in front of me reclined his seat, he was in my lap.
The bus didn't stop at all in the 11 hours from Mexico to Tuxtla for people to get off, so make sure you bring some food. It stopped at a food stop for 10-15 minutes, but we couldn't get off the bus.
I was pleasantly surprised that we got to Tuxtla in good time. But I noticed that everyone got off the bus. No one announced that people continuing on to San Crisobal would have to change to a different bus. They said we need to wait 20 minutes until all the other buses arrive. Of course it wasn't 20 minutes. It was 40 minutes. Then, when we left the terminal, we stopped another 15-20 minutes in the gas station.
Online, it says there's Wifi on the bus. Nope.
