El estacionamiento es muy amplio, pero está retirado de los locales comerciales.
 Plaza with ample space for business premises, Suburbia department store, Walmart super market store, Sams Club price club, Cinépolis complex, restaurants such as Chilis, Italianis, Vips, and Telcel and AT&T telephone stores. Parking is very large, but is removed from commercial premises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plaza con locales principalmente para los intereses de los universitarios de la UAM Xochimilco (entiéndase la bebida, y una que otra cosa de papelería). Los bares son bastante chafones pero algunos, si no es que la mayoría satisfacen la necesidad social de beber para jóvenes. La comida en los lugares deja bastante que desear y lo más preocupante es la seguridad en instalaciones, así como el pésimo servicio de parte de los meseros que cambian constantemente me supongo yo, por lo malos que son con los clientes. El estacionamiento es pequeño y no te da mucha confianza dejar el auto ahí, así que la calle no es ninguna diferencia. En general no hay mucha variedad de negocios en el sitio y es básicamente un lugar que se terminará por llenar de nuevos y "renovados"barecillos". Sirve para pasar el rato.
Plaza with premises mainly for the interests of the university students of the UAM Xochimilco (understand the drink, and some other stationery). The bars are quite chafón but some, if not most, satisfy the social need to drink for young people. The food in the places leaves a lot to be desired and the most worrying thing is the security in the facilities, as well as the terrible service from the waiters who change constantly, I suppose, because of how bad they are with the customers. The parking lot is small and you don't feel confident leaving your car there, so the street is no difference. In general, there is not much variety of businesses on the site and it is basically a place that will end up being filled with new and "renewed" bars. It serves to hang out.
