Adquirí un paquete con vuelos, transporte y hotel para ir de CDMX a Huatulco. La aerolínea (Volaris) sobrevendió los boletos y nos quedamos sin asientos a pesar de haber llenado todos los datos desde la página de Viajes Palacio. Al hablar con el área de atención a clientes de Palacio me dijeron que era mi culpa por no haber realizado el check-in con anticipación, se deslindaron por completo del problema. Para que sepan yo puedo hacer el check-in en cualquier momento antes del abordaje y eso no les da el derecho a brindarme un pésimo servicio en el que me dejan sin asientos en el vuelo que compré. Lo único que provee Viajes Palacio son experiencias DESAGRADABLES.
WHAT A BAD CUSTOMER TREATMENT
I purchased a package with flights, transportation and hotel to go from CDMX to Huatulco. The airline (Volaris) oversold the tickets and we were left without seats despite having filled in all the data from the Palacio Travel page. When speaking with the Palacio's customer service area, they told me that it was my fault for not having checked in in advance, they completely disregarded the problem. Just so you know, I can check-in at any time before boarding and that does not give them the right to provide me with a lousy service in which they leave me without seats on the flight I bought. The only things Palacio Travel provides are UNPLEASANT experiences.
