★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene un amplio estacionamiento, recomiendo que si no encuentran estacionamiento en la parte de adelante ingresen por el pasillo de la zapatilla roja gigante allá hay más lugar. El estacionamiento es en ambos sentidos.
Constantemente están contratando en mulza, especialmente en Oportun ubicada en el hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre había sido muy FAN de VICENZA pero acabo de comprar una botas negras de tacón y a la primera puesta, se rompió el tacón. Las llevé a cambiar y mal servicio. Tardaron un rato en hacerme caso, finalmente no me las cambiaron, sino que esas mismas las llevaron al taller a reparar y me las regresaron un mes después... IGUAL!!!!
cuiden su ticket cuando compren aquí y si tienen reclamaciones, no se vayan sin una solución el mismo día especialmente cuando eres de otra ciudad.

I had always been a big FAN of VICENZA but I just bought a pair of black high-heeled boots and the first time I wore them, the heel broke. I took them to change and bad service. It took them a while to pay attention to me, finally they didn't change them, but they took them to the workshop to repair them and they returned them to me a month later... THE SAME!!!!
take care of your ticket when you buy here and if you have complaints, do not leave without a solution the same day especially when you are from another city.
