★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se ve que es un desarrollo de buena calidad, pero no tiene vialidades (acceso por lateral de López Mateos) no se ve que cuente con servicios cerca (supermercado, transporte, escuelas etc.), te venden ofrecen amenidades como gimnasio y alberca pero no son nada del otro mundo respecto al precio de sus viviendas

si no me creen vallan a ver comentarios sobre ZENITH RESIDENCIAL La mayoría es de nosotros como propietarios de una casa construidas por ruba

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bonitas las casas pero solo la de muestra, cuando te entregan tu casa tienen miles de desperfectos. Los servicios de luz y de energización para que CFE te ponga el medidor parece que tienes tu que hacer el trabajo de la constructora para rogar y energicen la zona. Pésimo trato de los ingenieros o arquitectos o quien esté a cargo de la zona de tu casa. Te venden la idea de que cuando te entreguen la casa ya no estarán los albañiles trabajando las casas vecinas para que no tengas ruido, mentira solo por vender y sacar las casas te dicen esa mentira. El trabajo de los de calidad no es profesional ni riguroso.

Ruba comienza un desarrollo junto al bosque, sin pensar en hacer crecer un bosque urbano, roof garden sin garden etc. Ya quiero ver en unos años cómo sufrirán la falta de áreas verdes. Además he escuchado que entregan casas con problemas de instalación eléctrica y de gas.
