★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo llame para cotizar, te contestan y te dicen que te pasan a ventas, te contestan en ventas y te dicen "permitame" y te dejan más de 5 min esperando, luego cuando te atienden primero empiezan prerguntando datos "para la cotización" sin disculpar ni explicar su proceso, no sabes si te van a cotizar en el momento o si van a enviartela luego, etc.
Just call to quote, they answer you and they tell you that they pass you to sales, they answer you in sales and they tell you "allow me" and leave you more than 5 min waiting, then when they attend you first they start asking for data "for the quote" without apologizing nor explain its process, you do not know if they will quote you at the moment or if they will send it to you later, etc.
