★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su servicio vía telefónica es pésimo, para cotizar precios te dejan esperando en la línea mientras se ponen a hacer otras cosas y tú ahí en línea, estuve esperando casi 10 minutos en el teléfono para que me atendieran, después de responder te contestan de una forma algo grosera y sin ningún tacto al cliente, pésimo servicio.
Their service via telephone is terrible, to quote prices they leave you waiting on the line while they start to do other things and you there online, I was waiting almost 10 minutes on the phone for them to attend me, after answering they answer you in a way Somewhat rude and without any tact to the customer, lousy service.
