N	Ngozi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WE WERE LITERALLY ROBBED. The property manager had no regard for us after we came to him with the fact that many in out group had been robbed. Over $500 was taken from our personal belongings. After we reported the issue to the manager, he claimed we stole from each other and continued to make the rest of our stay unbearable. Would not recommend this villa unless you plan on monitoring your own belongings 24/7

The location was perfect, far enough away from tourists and near enough if we wanted some restaurant choices, super clean, friendly and accommodating staff, our own ocean beach front, the private chef and his staff were amazing. The pool and hot tub were a big hit! We are definitely going to use this venue again and can't recommend it enough - Fernando made checking in easy and everything we requested was handled with ease. Oh.. and there a charming cenote 5 minutes walk down the road! Accommodated 20 of us with space to come together or have privacy. Rooms are large and all face the ocean which was a benefit because EVERYONE wants a room with a view.
A	Addis Boyd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I URGE YOU VERY STRONGLY NOT TO STAY HERE. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a beautiful place, but if you stay here, YOU WILL GET STOLEN FROM. There is no sympathy/help/acknowledgement/accountability from the ownership. 12 people out of our group of 30 were stolen from, WALLETS AND BOOKBAGS WERE INVADED. When we brought this matter to the property manager, he accused us of stealing from each other. Just know ROBBERY AND THEFT IS WHAT YOU SHOULD EXPECT IF YOU STAY HERE. PLEASE BEWARE!
P	Purplexnurple Divinity on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Robbery—> AVOID THIS HOUSE THEY’RE BETTER AND SAFER OPTIONS Such a beautiful home owned by disguising Un genuine people. The owner disregards the safety of your belongings thus disregarding your overall safety. Went on a trip with classmates only for several people in the house money to be stolen (nearly $500 usd). We aren’t the first and won’t be the last so avoid this house cause your things will be stolen and no accountability will be taken. Such a disappointment and will never be worth dealing with again. Also, their jacuzzi only worked for one day (first night) out of all four days.

While my group was at the Villa Bellamar, we left for half a day and when we came back WE WERE STOLEN FROM! And then when we told the home owner he said that we stole from each other. The property manager took no ownership for what he and his staff did. THEY ARE SCAMMERS! AND THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY HAVE STOLEN FROM THEIR GUESTS. If you stay here, you will be stolen from. Protect yourself and your belongings and ENJOY MEXICO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
W	Wesley Jacobs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You know the saying about the apple that’s coated in gold but the inside is rotten? That’s the most perfect way can you describe this place. Absolutely terrible. So many of my friends hasps cash stolen straight from their wallets and backpacks. The property management stood by and claimed that we stole from each other. Terrible customer service. I’m so sad that I asked my group to stay here. Will never happen again.
L	Lynn S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our group of 19 people (ranging in age from 5 to 70’s) had a wonderful 5 night stay at Villa Bellamar. The grounds were clean and will maintained. All staff was friendly and professional. Chef Antonio Sosa prepared us fantastic meals. Property manager Fernando Schimidt stopped by several time. Every person in our group had a very positive experience at Villa Bellamar. We will be staying there again.
j	jenn jensen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed 5 days in this beautiful home with 18 adults for my husbands 40th birthday. We enjoyed snorkeling right outside our place. Such a beautiful beach ? the chefs were five stars and they were so nice and fun. All the staff went above and beyond. We felt safe and slept well. Thankful for Fernando and making our trip so great. We spent lots of time in the pool too. I recommend going to the public akumal beach in front of secrets resort and snorkeling and enjoying that beach too! Saw some turtles.
