★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great family owned place. We walked through the shop of antiques from around the world, passed the kitchen where I could smell the paella cooking, out to a peaceful bonsai garden with sunlight beaming down. The owners regaled us with stories of their time in Japan, the bonsai trees, world culture, and tips/history on Mexico City itself. I plan on coming again soon for another bonsai and to taste that paella with extra shrimp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hidden gem in the heart of Coyoacan. Beautiful bonsai trees. Also a unique antique shop with lots of interesting furniture. The owner was kind enough to teach us about the history and care of bonsai trees. I recommend this place.
