P	Patricia H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La higiene deja mucho que desear, la atención del personal también, se la pasan en puro "en un momento vienen a realizar el aseó" pero las habitaciones NO se encuentran sanitizadas, vital en esto tiempo de pandemia y como muestra al llegar y revisar loza y utensilios de cocina con heces fecales de algún animal desconocido, mientras la administración mintiendo que la habitación se encontraba impecable Hygiene leaves a lot to be desired, the attention of the staff too, they spend it in pure form "in a moment they come to do the cleaning" but the rooms are NOT sanitized, vital in this time of pandemic and as it shows when arriving and checking dishes and kitchen utensils * with feces * from some unknown animal, while the administration lying that the room was immaculate

V	Votta Hernández Erick Ruben on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llego y encuentro a "la administradora del edificio" aun acomodando mi habitación, sin sanitizaciar, ella se va(nunca nos entregaron llaves), ingresamos y encontramos sucio, vamos a quejarnos a la administración (sobre limpieza y las llaves); la recepcionistas prepotente y nada atenta, de su parte más una agresión que solucionar mi problema. I arrive and find "the administrator of the building" even accommodating my room, without sanitizing, she leaves (we were never given keys), we entered and we found dirty, we are going to complain to the administration (about cleaning and the keys); The arrogant and unhelpful receptionists, on their part more aggression than solving my problem.

Está ubicado en un lugar perfecto pues tienes acceso inmediato a TODOS los lugares que quieras lo que lo hace muy conveniente. Cerca hay cines,centros comerciales y antros. Para mi familia y para mí es un gran lugar,pasamos unas excelentes vacaciones. A great and very pleasant experience Villa Gato is a fabulous, warm and with all services, the best is the location of the Villa because it is in front of the pool and facing the sea, it is very close to the airport and the boardwalk. Nearby there are cinemas, shopping centers and clubs. For my family and for me it is a great place, we had an excellent holiday.

La terraza, mi parte favorita para ver la puesta del sol. ? El complejo como tal súper completo, áreas verdes enormes y preciosas, me encantó que tengan canchas de tenis, y las albercas nunca llenas que eso es súper importante... Desde que llegué la calidez con la me recibieron y la mejor ubicación para ir al shopping, a restaurantes y los mejores antros de Vallarta. Recomendadísimo para pasar unos días top!! Cuenta con una cocineta en caso de que no quieras bajar a la palapa restaurante que está junto a la alberca que además ofrece cosas deliciosas y a muy buen precio. La Villa es amplia, con camas muy cómodas y todo muy limpio. Villa Casa Gato tiene un 10 por todo lo que ofrece. Mil gracias ‼️❤️?
