★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Villa is super nice and has a lot of space and it is very centrally located. However, almost all of the common spaces are outdoors and the neighbour's are extremely sensitive to sound. So if you intend on having any people over to visit or would like to hang out in your common spaces at all, you will get noise complaints and risk your deposit.
Only stay here if you want to use it at a bedroom only and spend all your social times outside in town.
