Best villa ever!!

A stunning three story residence turned B&B with gorgeous views off of it's many terraces. The sand is silky smooth, the beach is private, the caretakers and owners are very welcoming and hospitable. It's located one hour north of the airport in an up and coming area called Nueva Cancún. We had a lovely time and can't wait to go back!

Really disappointed about the service I got. At the beginning of our conversation, Jorge was really helpful in accommodating us last minute. Yesterday he confirmed our reservation exceptionally for one night. I went to 8 different Oxxos + 2 7 eleven to deposit the funds for the reservation. He told me I could go this morning to cashier directly at their bank which I was about to do today. Meanwhile he accepted another reservation while having a agreement with us. We were supposed to celebrate the 30th birthday of a friend and the 29th birthday of my boyfriend - yes they are born on the same day. I made reservations for transportation and confirmed my guests. It shows lack of professionalism for the staff. It may be a beautiful place to stay: service however is key especially when you advertise an experience. due to the service I received I do not recommend.

Unreal views! All meals provided by Chef Jennifer were excellent! Francisco, Erika and the entire staff was amazing and super helpful. They helped us with transportation when needed and also set up of COVID tests.

BOOK THIS DREAM NOW!!! I had a large group of 15+ people join me to celebrate my 30th birthday. We were in awe the second we saw the property — Jennifer the chef had amazing welcome drinks for us ready to go and the rest of the staff was so kind and attentive our entire stay. Before we even arrived Jennifer accommodated all our requests and created a personal menu to assist with any dietary restrictions. Alex, our host, helped me in advance w setting up an awesome dance floor and DJ set for an evening. Erika and Francisco constantly filled our drinks, kept the good energy on, helped with keeping everything absolutely spotless. We had our rooms and common areas cleaned each day. The place itself is breath taking but the hospitality provided by the team from Francisco, Erika, Jennifer and all the others put this over the top. I was near tears when leaving. Thank you for making this a trip of a lifetime. I will be forever grateful to have spent time here.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Isla Villa Blanca! From the moment we got there, we were greeted with a delicious passion fruit margarita. The service was impeccable all around from day one till the very end of our stay. The entire crew was accommodating, kind, and generous with their time and effort, and eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Chef Jennifer is someone we will NEVER forget (as well as her amazing cooking). Every meal was delicious, especially the insanely delicious paella!! Overall, an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend for large families/groups of people.

The Staff took care of everything in any moment of the day! Francisco Erica Jennifer and the rest of the crew made sure that we had the best time and we really loved here. Francisco thanks for all the drinks you made for us they were amazing! Erica made sure that the house was always clean and ready in any moment! We were in 14 people there and we had an amazing time, thank you for everything! We will be back!
