Far enough from the city center that you can hear only the sounds of nature, but still walking distance to hotspots like Holisktika, Tiki Tiki, and Italdo.
While immersed into the surrounding natural environment, it is repleat with state of the art lighting, home automation, wifi and modern amenities.
The wifi is among the fastest speeds we've enountered in all of Tulum, making Villa Kaan ideal for the digital nomad.
