The place is really beautiful, the personal are nice and the room is comfortable, the only thing is that to get to the room you have to climb up many stairs, i don't recommend it for elders.

We booked a famile size room with a bathtub (back pain). We were not given our booked room. Instead one without a bathtub. We friendly asked for a bathtub and you can look at the pictures what we got. In addition to that the walls were super thin. We heard everything from other rooms. Cannot recommend this hotel. I can't believe a four-star hotel has rooms like that! Unbelievable...

Very disappointed with our stay after being so excited by pictures and reviews to stay here, we stayed in 10 hotels on our stay in Mexico and this was by far the worst, the place was full of dead bugs pretty sure they were mosquitos, our room floor was covered which of course we asked to be cleaned, the glass lampshades were full of them too, worst of all was eating their (the food was quite nice) when the bugs started falling from the ceiling as a bird was flying around knocking them off of the plants ? my skin was crawling by the end of the stay and we were so happy it was only a nights stay.. other than that the place looked lovely and the beds were ok comfort wise but after being grossed out by the bugs it totally ruined our stay unfortunately as it was late and we had driven for over 8 hours we were too tired to try and find another hotel. Also whilst eating other guests (we think) were allowed to play their music and practice ballerina dances right next to our table which we were not asked if we minded and this went on well into the night as we were trying to sleep and the walls are very very thin. No elevator.. friendly and helpful bellboy.

Positive: I didn't know there were 3 hotels of the same chain in the city, ended up at the wrong hotel but they phoned over to the onev we had booked and transfered the booking over to them. So can't really comment on the centro but the one we stayed at was very nice comfy bed, hot shower, quiet..

It's a good walk from the centre, and walking back is very steep. The room and hotel are very nice overall, however we arrived at 3pm and our room wasn't ready, despite hotel policy being that checkin is at 2pm. Also the TV in our room didn't work
