★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing! The house is super comfortable and fun! The house has a great layout and the pool and garden are great. The location is excellent, it's very close to everything in the little city of Tulum! The host was very helpful and everyone in the area was really nice!
We loved the open layout and some of the cool designer touches. So much fun!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very quiet neighborhood, felt very safe. Accommodations were very good with few exceptions. If you want to visit Tulum while wanting to avoid being a total tourist, this is a solid choice. Having never been there before, this is on the west end of the city while still being walkable to restaurants and some small markets. 10 minutes to large grocery store, 15 minutes to the beach.
