Villa Verano - 48399 Puerto Vallarta

We rented out the whole place for a wedding party. AMAZING. The location, the views, the building, the staff - just everything. Also, great for COVID-safety - everything is open-air if you want it to be! If not - shut your glass doors to your room. But why would you when you can fall asleep to sounds of the ocean and wake up to the most beautiful birds perched in the trees outside your window. But really - it was the PEOPLE that made the trip so stellar. I can't thank John, the manager, and his staff enough. SO friendly and accomodating. LOVED!

I just recently attended a wedding at Villa Verano and everything was off the charts. The rooms were amazing - all with immaculate views of the beach and water. The grounds were flawlessly maintained and it felt like you were immersed in the jungle. The food and drinks were fantastic. And I can't say enough about the staff - they were so warm, attentive, and helpful.

This is amazing place to stay. I highly recommend it. If you want to feel like you are home while on vacation rent one of these villas for a week. You will not be sorry

I honestly do not even know where to start! This was a dream vacation for our family! We had a 4 night stay in Villa Romantica over the holiday and it was glorious. Each kiddo had their own private bedroom retreat and we loved our beautiful master suite. The views from the bathroom were breath taking. The location is perfect and the view of Banderas Bay from every level cannot be beat. The staff at Villa Verano is next level and they go beyond to ensure you have everything you need. Lalo was in my head and always one step ahead of me! He is such a gem! His team always made sure we had the drinks, food and snacks we needed right at our fingertips. We had the pleasure of enjoying Chef Wilber cook us two delicious meals for our family in our villa. I highly recommend this! It was so relaxing to come home after a crazy 7 hour zip line excursion and have dinner served to us on the balcony. We loved enjoying breakfast each morning at the beach club. Tony and Meño were extremely attentive! One morning Tony helped our 10 year old son take out the kayak! Bless him! lol Leonor was a life saver! She made us dinner reservations at the best beach spots, took care of booking us a beautiful boat and handled all of all our transportation needs. Maria and Magaly made sure we always had fresh towels and kept out space fresh and clean. Our experience at Villa Verano was above 5 stars. Do not hesitate! Thank you John!

Loved this place!!! Arturo was so helpful in making our reservation I felt like I was already on vacation before I arrived. Once you get there the rest will be paradise; the staff is amazing, the food is delicious and the location is perfect.

Breath taking. From start to finish. Our first night at our villa we had their chef prepare us dinner and hung out in our private pool while a pod of whales frolicked right in front of the hotel. The staff, Lalo, Leonora and the others could not have been more Accommodating. The staff is super COVID cautious and always kept a safe distance and wore masks, they even arranged for free COVID tests at our villa the day before we left so that we complied with USA requirements. We normally pay over $100 per person for this service. The concierge, Leonora set up day tours for us and made reservations at the best restaurants in town, La Capella is a must. This villa is located right next to the action but just outside it so it’s literally steps away but when you are in the villa it’s quiet and peaceful. Everything about our stay was first class and better than any 5 star resorts we’ve ever stayed in. Thank you Lalo, John and the rest of your team. We know why this hotel is the number rated hotel in PV. Keep up the stellar job.

Amazingly place when you need multiple rooms for families or large events. Great amenities, wonderful staff. Downtown shopping is a15 minute walk downhill. Price is a tad expensive, but we'll worth it since it includes everything from breakfast service, maid service, and plenty of room to spread out.
