I stayed here for 6 weeks starting in January. I do not recommend this place, really just because of its bad organisation. The pros are that the place is pretty quiet, there is a pool with hamacas and if you get lucky you get a bike (I didn't) and that's about it. Unfortunately, the owners and the organisation of the whole place are not acceptable. I didn't have a stove for the first week (even though a kitchen is included in the price). The sink didn't work at all. It was clogged since I moved in. They didn't help me out with it until 4 weeks into me complaining. The internet does not work in the slightest bit (even though included in the price). The owner ignored my text messages after I payed the rent. There is no warm water in the shower. They refused to give me a second pair of bedsheets, so I was unable to wash mine for 6weeks! The lights are on all night in the apartment complex and the curtains are very thin so there is a lot of artificial light in the apartment all night. I had trouble sleeping with it. They give a different price to all the neighbours and there is no official contract. I wish I had more positive things to say.
