★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un condominio bien estado de conservación el municipio de Yautepec da muy deficiente servicios al condominio le cobra mucho predial un y no otorga un adecuado servicio de agua a sus pobladores no es potable el agua y les cobra muy alta la tarifa de sumistro de agua, los colonos pagan todos los servicios urbanos es por eso que se conserva en bien estado este condominio
