Incredible views, and incredible service!

My family and I were booked to stay at Villas del Vigia next week (Christmas 2021). We had booked months ago (August 2021) we have been looking forward to this getaway tremendously, after a long, stressful year. Unfortunately, the latest Covid variant Omicron forced us to cancel these plans at the very last minute, due to a worldwide advisory against foreign travel. Needless to say we were devastated. I made a difficult call to Villas del Vigia to inform them of the news. The hotel receptionist was very gracious and understanding and made the cancellation over the phone without hesitation. I received a follow up message the next day from Isabel, where she again assured me the cancellation was fine and that we would be welcome back anytime. Of course, this has to be difficult for any business and i appreciate the way that Villas del Vigia handled this unfortunate situation. I can't wait to get back to Zihuatanejo and will be sure to book with Villas del Vigia when I do. I can't recommend them highly enough.
