Habitando en él un año cabe destacar la unidad vecinal y la administración por parte del comité. El suministro de agua potable es constante y el día que se tenga que suspender (por mantenimientos a la red), se avisa con antelación para tomar medidas. Los espacios se mantienen limpios y las áreas verdes reciben constante cuidado. La atmósfera en este fraccionamiento se percibe acogedora, con mucha paz y tranquilidad. Realmente vale la pena vivir aquí.
A safe and quiet subdivision to live.
