 I stayed there for three months and it is an excellent area to stay, it is very quiet and also has a pool.

Pileta sector común amplia y siempre impecable con sector reposeras muy bien parquizado Los anfitriones Raymond & Maria muy atentos con un servicio que soluciona todos los posibles inconvenientes rápida y eficientemente. Tranquilo por no estar dentro de la ciudad pero a 50 metros de la autopista lo cual hace más fácil los accesos a todas las atracciones. Tiene precios muy razonables para lo que ofrece.
Spacious and comfortable residences with all services. Equipped with all appliances including washing and drying clothes. Pool common sector wide and always impeccable with sector lounge chairs very well landscaped The hosts Raymond & Maria very attentive with a service that solves all possible problems quickly and efficiently. Quiet because it is not within the city but 50 meters from the highway which makes access to all attractions easier. It has very reasonable prices for what it offers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every units sewage, drains into an underground cenote! The builder bore holes in the bottom of the septic systems so they would never have to be cleaned. Totally against the law, and an evviormental nightmare! Welcome to ego friendly Tulum....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay just outside of the business of the Tulum-strip. Pool available, and area is well-kept. Only issue I had was the smell that the drains were giving off sometimes. Easy fix by covering them with a small rubber mat, however. Stayed here for 2 nights via air-bnb and was fantastic! Would stay here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice house. Shared pool, clean. Kitchen equiped, towels, shampoo, a safe and the bathroom in the master bedroom invites for some night fun! The downside is that it's a little too close to a construction warehouse.
