Villas Sanah - 77765 Tulum

Absolutely perfect place (booked through Airbnb)! My boyfriend and I stayed here for our first night in Tulum, so my review is based on a one-night stay. Taking that into consideration, the main positive things were: the private pool, the jungle setting, the stylish design, the comfort, communication with the nice airbnb host and free parking. This is also the perfect instagram airbnb to take some photos in your own private pool and make a video going out of bed straight into the pool. The check-in was super smooth, even though we arrived pretty late (but before midnight). Some comments here mentioned the bugs, so I have to point out that there were no bugs, even though it’s surrounded by vegetation. The reason is because they had just put out some bug-repellant candles at the front of each door, which had a lovely smell too! The only things that could have been an issue if we had stayed longer is the lack of a kitchen, the semi-open private bathroom (no one can see through, but they might be able to hear). Definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy a stylish stay in the jungle!

The place is so beautiful and peaceful, the staff was so warm and welcoming, the only reason I’m giving it a 4 star is because of the bed, rather than a true king size mattress, it’s two smaller mattresses put together which made it uncomfortable when sleeping next to your partner, also the pillows are super soft, we tried the sauna, we loved it so much. Everything else was a pleasure. Ah, keep in mind that they offer breakfast for $40 usd per person which we thought was extremely extremely extremely overpriced. Wow. Our time at Sanah was amazing. We could not have asked for a better experience. We rented out the entire hotel for a private group retreat. Ingrid and her staff were so att e give and welcomed us into their home with open arms. They were truly apart of our team during our time their and made our jobs easier as we were hosting our students. When someone wasn’t feeling well Ingrid took time out of her day off to make sure our student got the medicine she needed. They followed our food guidelines with ease and fed us nutritious meals for our entire stay. The Solarium was such a treat for us during our break times. We cannot wait to come back next year to host another retreat. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Fantastic. We truly felt like we have a home away from home at Sanah.

This place is made with pure love and service. The owner is heartfelt, kind, and a wonderful human being. Sanah holds such a special place in my heart. I am so grateful for my experiences there and the people I met! And hope to always return. Much love ❤️

What a beautiful stay! The pictures don’t do it justice. The whole staff was so welcoming and Ricardo was responsive and attentive. (Booked via Air BnB). Communication was excellent. They had everything set up and decorated for us prior to our arrival for my birthday celebration. The property was so well taken care of and housekeeping was wonderful. Truly a magical, serene vibe. So cozy and private. Location is about 10-15 minutes from the main beach strip and 5 from the town. I felt completely safe in the area. Truly a dream! Every detail is well thought out and the architecture is simply stunning. Car rental or bike is definitely recommended. I would stay here in a heartbeat once I come back to visit.

Absolutely lovely place, stayed for a night while we were away from our hotel in Cancun. Receptionist was lovely and gave us a great recommendation for dinner, as well as introducing us to the lovely Clay? (The villas dog) who was super chilled and cute. Villa itself was amazing and great value, would definitely recommend.

Where do I start? I love this hotel! It is by the city which is not too far from down town and is around 15 mins away from the strip without traffic. The staffs are super helpful and friendly. The place is such a vibe and it really takes me to the zen mode right away. All the decor from the exterior to the interior of the room is paradise. I regret only staying a night here as I like to explore other hotels in Tulum. This place is so Instagram worthy! I love it here! Thank you Sanah!

Our entire stay here was absolutely amazing! From the pre-arrival accommodations to how warm the whole staff was (communication was so easy and fast), this is my favorite place to stay now in Tulum. Special thank you to Williams, Carol, Ricardo, and the rest of the staff who went above and beyond to make this stay enjoyable and convenient! You get delicious homemade breakfast delivered straight to your room, a few steps away from a glorious full body deep tissue massage, and even a sauna to melt the stress away. I can’t say enough positive things about this place and I’ll definitely be back soon <3
