Hicimos un pedido de madera en octubre y pedimos que se lijara. dijeron que estaban demasiado ocupados para un pedido tan pequeño. dijimos que no hay problema solo lo necesitamos en marzo. dijeron entonces no hay problema, te llamaremos cuando esté listo. ¡nunca recibimos una llamada y volvimos en febrero y nos gritaron por no llamarlos! servicio al cliente inaceptable. luego pagamos extra para lijarlo, después de que nuestro pedido ni siquiera se completó 3 meses después del pedido... y cuando lo recogimos, los bordes aún estaban ásperos. somos una pareja joven, y en nuestras futuras necesidades de construcción no obtendrán ningún negocio de nosotros después de ese trato inaceptable. No vuelvo a dar negocio a lugares que le gritan al cliente cuando el negocio no da un servicio pagado.
The worst service I have received in my life. Unless you have a large order, don't bother. We placed an order for wood in October and asked for it to be sanded. They said they were too busy for such a small order. we said no problem we just need it in march. They said then no problem, we'll call you when it's ready. we never got a call and we came back in February and got yelled at for not calling them! unacceptable customer service. then we paid extra to sand it, after our order wasn't even completed 3 months after order...and when we picked it up the edges were still rough. we are a young couple, and in our future construction needs they will not get any business from us after such unacceptable treatment. I will no longer give business to places that yell at the customer when the business does not provide a paid service.
