Trabajo y no hay nadie que reciba mi paquete ¿Qué puedo hacer?
Puedes dar autorización para que otra persona pueda recibir tu paquete siempre y cuando se identifique. Tu orden será enviada por ESTAFETA ó DHL; si después de dos visitas, no hemos coincidido, tu paquete retornará a nuestro CEDIS, en caso de que prefieras recoger en una oficina ESTAFETA ó DHL, deberás solicitarlo a nuestro departamento de atención a clientes; y se enviará a la sucursal ESTAFETA ó DHL más cercana a tu dirección de entrega. Tendrás máximo 5 días hábiles para retirar tu orden, presentándote con una identificación oficial y tu número de guía.
Pasado este plazo, el paquete se retornará a nuestro almacén.
En el caso de que no fue posible entregarte el pedido ni tú retirarlo en la sucursal de ESTAFETA ó DHL, procederemos con el reembolso del total pagado.
Si aún te gustaría recibir el/los producto(s) ordenado(s) te proporcionaremos un cupón virtual para que puedas generar una nueva orden. Deberás entrar a nuestro sitio web y realizar nuevamente la orden

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seemed ok inside when I went there to ask them questions. Something fishy or fraudulent might be going on here... I just found out someone stole my credit card number and tried to use to buy over 1000$ worth of wine here near the time they close. Of course, it could be that this merchant has nothing to do with the fraud part... but the $ amount and the time it occurred make the bank suspicious it is likely to be someone in this store doing it...If you stole someone's card, why would you go and buy 1000$ worth of wine??
