R	Rocío Gómez Gutiérrrez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustó mucho el lugar, todo el tiempo estuvimos muy bien atendidas en la despe de mi amiga Lore, y no podía ser de otra manera, ya que a mi amiga siempre le ha gustado las cosas bien hechas. Lo único que sí recomendaría es que se polaricen los ventanales, ya que el calor en Monterrey es muy fuerte y todo la tarde les pega el sol, por lo que 3 toneladas de aire acondicionado se hacen insuficientes para un lugar así. Sin embargo, el mobiliario se ve nuevo y es muy cómodo, los centros de mesa y demás arreglos lucen muy elegantes, está excelente para festejos pequeños. I really liked the place, all the time we were very well cared for by my friend Lore, and it couldn't be otherwise, since my friend has always liked things well done. The only thing I would recommend is that the windows be tinted, since the heat in Monterrey is very strong and the sun hits them all afternoon, so 3 tons of air conditioning is insufficient for such a place. However, the furniture looks new and is very comfortable, the centerpieces and other arrangements look very elegant, it is excellent for small parties.
A	Alicia Guevara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El salón es bonito pero terminé muy desilusionada, a mitad de mi evento se sentía mucho calor en el salón, nos habían puesto los climas en abanico y nos estábamos sofocando (la coordinadora decía q estaban bien pero le pedimos el control y estaban en abanico y la velocidad más baja) la comida me la sirvieron entre tibia y fría (de sabor solo puedo decir "bien") los meseros no estaban al pendiente de mis invitados ni para servir refrescos, no cobran barato y el servicio deja mucho de q hablar, en resumen por mi experiencia no vuelvo a contratar ahí The room is beautiful but I ended up very disappointed, in the middle of my event it felt very hot in the room, the climates had been fanned out and we were suffocating (the coordinator said they were fine but we asked her for control and they were fanning out and the slowest speed) the food was served to me between warm and cold (I can only say "good" about flavor) the waiters were not attentive to my guests or to serve soft drinks, they do not charge cheap and the service leaves a lot to talk about, In summary, from my experience, I will not hire there again

No debería llamarse "obispado", sino chepevera , o simón bolivar.... jaja Y un poquito más de empatía del personal no estaría nada mal.. están viendo que la embarazada anda cargando cosas 2 min antes de la "hora de entrada" y no la dejaron pasar a dejar sus cosas.. las tuvo que dejar en el suelo.. lo mismo con el evento siguiente, las personas dejando sus cosas afuera, porque no dejan espacio de tiempo entre uno y otro Cute and functional but... Needs some signage to find the room. It shouldn't be called "bishopric", but chepevera, or simón bolivar.... haha And a little more empathy from the staff would not be bad at all... they are seeing that the pregnant woman is carrying things 2 minutes before the "check-in time" and they did not let her pass to leave her things... she had to leave them on the floor .. the same with the next event, people leaving their things outside, because they don't leave a space of time between each other
