We booked them for a private charter for snorkeling and enjoying most of our time at Cielo. The snorkeling was world class and uniquely customized. The food and drinks were top notch, delicious! I found Rogelio and VIP Tours Cozumel from a facebook group a few months ago when I started planning our Cozumel trip for 12. From the first time we talked, I knew we would be happy with the service. We hired VIP Tours for our airport transfers, two private boat tours (One snorkeling and one private fishing trip) a private tour around the island, and a trip to Akumal From the first time Rogelio met us at the ferry pier with our tickets, until he rode back to the airport with us to see us off, we became friends. I highly recommend contacting him and setting up anything you would like. I cannot recommend him enough. He helped us more than I could have even imagined. From our snorkel trip with the best crew, views, and food ever, a fishing charter for the guys where they each caught a fish they brought back to cook for lunch and dinner for 12 of us, to a personal tour around Cozumel, and even Rogelio and his son, Christopher, accompanying us on the ferry both ways and riding with us back to the airport. I 100% recommend VIP Tours Cozumel with Rogelio Narvaez as your coordinator. I first got with him about shuttles to and from the airport. He made it super simple!! We had a big group, 22 people. He took care of it all!! Before the trip he contacted me making sure everything was still good. Then the day of the trip, he sent a message saying "welcome to Cozumel." Just this alone amazed me, usually you never hear from a company again once you paid them. Then he messaged me during the trip to see how things were going and to let me know he can book excursions as well. So we booked a snorkeling trip. Again for all 22 of us. Rogelio made it super easy. We had small kids as well, and Rogelio and his crew welcomed the kids and offered them cookies, bananas and drinks to help them feel special! Him and his crew took us to 3 snorkeling spots and the sand bar where we had lunch. Which, was the best lunch we had the whole trip! No lie! It was simple but they did amazing and it was all fresh, made on the boat that day! Rogelio was very attentive and informative during the trip and speaks English very well. I also booked parasailing with them as well. They picked us up at our resort on the beach. Took us out and brought us back alive...can't ask for much more. ? We all felt very safe during both trips. Enjoyed our time and loved every minute of it! Wish I had more time, would have booked more with them. VIP tours Cozumel is the one stop tour for all your tour needs. Next time I visit Cozumel, I will definitely be booking with Rogelio!

Rogelio was amazing. We went on 2 trips with him. 1st, Tulum, which was wonderful. Then a full day trip to Chichen Itza & Cenote Ik Kil which was amazing. He took care of everything. No stress, no confusion no lines. Just plenty of fun, learning and relaxing. Great value, professional/friendly assistance. Wouldn't choose anyone else if we go back!

Found this page on a Facebook group while looking for transportation from the Cancun airport all the way to my hotel in Cozumel. Rogelio and their staff were super professional and courteous throughout the road. I will definitely use them again. I definitely recommend anyone to use their service specially if it is your first time traveling to Cancun. We got to the airport from California and Rogelio had already arranged our pick up. We booked a private snorkeling tour with VIP Tours and they did not disappoint! They picked us up on thr Secrets Aura pier and gave us a quick rundown of areas they take their tours to BUT told us they would go wherever we wanted. Our initial stop was at El Cielo and we were amazed to see a bunch of stingrays swimming around!! The rays were used to people swimming and feeding them so they were very close when you're in the water but you're waist deep in the water. Once we were done there they took us snorkeling to see some fishes ??? and it was not just "some" fishes....it was a million fishes!!! Our guide took us around and showed us every single detail of the reef and species down there. The starfish sanctuary was beautiful and its just amazing so many of them. Once we were done there they setup our lunch which included ceviche, guacamole, fresh fruits and it was delicious!! Don't hesitate to book because its well worth it!!. Until next time!

Rogelio and his staff were amazing, professional, punctual. We traveled from Cancun airport to Cozumel , VIP section on the ferry with Rogelio accompanying us. He had arranged transport to our hotel. We had transport back to Cancun for our 2nd week, arranged transport and again accompanied on ferry and transport to our hotel and finally back to Cancun airport. Always greeted with big smiles by his staff and himself. All in one package!!! Complete headache free. Rogelio also booked some amazing tour for us. We will always book with VIP tour moving forward!!
