Ayer marque al dichoso "teléfono rojo" para solicitar ayuda, pues la agente del ministerio público se negaba a darme acceso a la carpeta de investigación que inicié, además de que ni siquiera me dijo el numero de la respectiva carpeta y mucho menos quería atenderme, por lo cual solicite su ayuda, la persona que me contesto fue muy grosera y prepotente , al explicarle la situación no resolvió nada y me dijo que si no me gustaba interpusiera la queja que yo quisiera, así que le solicite su nombre por lo cual esta se ofendió y colgó el teléfono, continúe marcando y seguía colgando el teléfono en cuanto contestaba, por lo cual decidí marcar a la oficina central y al decir de donde llamaba ya sabían quien era, de la situación y me pidieron una disculpa por la actitud de su compañera.
