BEWARE associated with a timeshare scam! We attended a sales presentation at Vista Corona for a membership with Destination Perks Collection; representatives Greg Scott and Rodolfo Tello. They also offer to purchase your timeshare and use a company called Morgan Miller Financial and Kurtz and Epstein out of Houston Texas. If you hear any of these names, do not agree to anything. It.s been a horrible experience and we want to let others know before falling prey to these criminals. We were scammed out of thousands of dollars!

!!!!BEWARE!!!!! !!!!BEWARE!!!!!!!!!BEWARE!!!!!!!!!BEWARE!!!!!!!!!BEWARE!!!!!!!!!BEWARE!!!!!!!!! We purchased a destination perks package here and everything has been a lying scam! We paid in full for our package at the presentation. Over 2 months have gone by and we have not received any of our Log in info and keep getting the runaround on why we have not received yet. We also paid upfront closing fee of $1500 for them to purchase a time share we have with another property and they have Failed to deliver on that contract as well. They promised a 30day close on that deal. Please beware, the sales team was very nice. But Everything that was promised in the contracts we signed was a lie and we have been fighting for two months with them to no avail. Do your homework about this resort, do not spend any money to purchase.

Apparently a scam, they no longer exist. All phones disconnected. E-mails returned. Stay away.Resopnded 2 years later after Alicia and her staff stole $2500.00 (US) from me. I have emails, Screen shots, and police reports.

Stayed at an Airbnb here, the photos were not updated to reflect the giant building blocking the view. The bed sheets had stains on them, and while the pictures showed a pool and hot tub, the hot tub wasn’t filled. Not worth the high price, find something else.

Stayed here for the weekend. the photos were not updated at all, there was a giant building blocking the view and loud working noise that was unenjoyable . The bed sheets had stains on them & clearly were not washed at all. and so I attempted to wash and the washer and dryer wasn’t working ... very disappointed on the owner ‘Bertha’. Her employees some lady & a guy look very unprofessional, no uniform to represent who they are, they look tired and miserable working there. They were nice enough to let me use the machines in the storage room but that itself was a mess! Let’s talk about the pool.. while the pictures showed a pool and hot tub, the hot tub wasn’t filled. Not worth the high price, find something else!!!

Zero stars. Was a long term tenant under a "lease". Manager Bertha is a disaster of a manager, shady, honors whatever part of the lease she feels like, threatened me with violence TWICE and fake called the police on me. Unstable and unprofessional - spend your money elsewhere!

Hot tub was colder than pool. Barbeque was missing parts and inoperable. Noisy construction all around everyday except Sunday. Staff tries to keep the place clean but construction dust and concrete dust permeates everything. Manager Bertha doesn't care about her guests, she should not be in the hospitality business. Stay away, not worth the price even if it was free.

Scam switch! Beware! When we arrived the security guard handed us his phone--it was Berta the owner. She claimed that the agent we paid $1000 for the condo rental for the week stole $300 of our payment. Therefore she offered us a smaller inside unit two floors below our friends staying at the pool level. She was rude and abrupt. We entered the unit and it was not cleaned. Then we had a cascade of irritation: the security box did not work and after the first day we had no hot water in the shower. We repeatedly asked for assistance and were assured the problem would be addressed. They never were. We are grateful for our friends who offered us space in their security box for our passports and even offered their shower. We had a first in Vallarta on this trip: a naked sponge bath in the kitchen since it was the only hot water we had access to in the unit. Never again! Find a different place to stay.
