★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todavia esta en desarrollo, y tiene demasiadas reglas y multas, para llegar a la playa privada tienes que ir en auto, y pedir permiso al propietario de la finca que conecta con el camino para llegar.
It is still in development, and has too many rules and fines, to get to the private beach you have to go by car, and ask permission to the owner of the farm that connects with the road to get there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar encantador, romántico, tranquilo, excelente para pasar un día agradable, estas cercas de la naturaleza, la vista es una de las mejores del área, cuenta con restaurante, servicio de auto para ir a chacal a o la playa, excelente para realizar excursiones en moto o caminando, avistamiento de aves. Queda a aprox. 15 minutos de Rincón de Guayabitos y otros 20 a la playa chacala, el camino es mitad pavimento y unos cuantos metros de terraceria que cualquier auto puede llegar, excelente servicio, área de juegos, servicio de toallas, jardín para area de un tipo de minigolfito. Cuenta con elevador.
A charming, romantic, quiet, excellent place to spend a nice day, these fences of nature, the view is one of the best in the area, has a restaurant, car service to go to the beach or chacal, excellent for excursions on a motorcycle or walking, bird watching. It remains at approx. 15 minutes from Rincon de Guayabitos and another 20 to chacala beach, the road is half pavement and a few meters of dirt that any car can reach, excellent service, playground, towel service, garden area for a type of minigolf . It has elevator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The condo is well appointed with beautiful wood cabinetry. The view can't be beat with spectacular sunsets. The surrounding gardens are lovely. A very great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mika & I fell in love with this place immediately. It is away from town so you do not get the noise or city energy. You get tropical tranquility from the sounds of nature. It is an extremely peaceful place with plenty of secluded trails, a seasonal waterfall, inactive ancient volcano, 2 underground rivers and of course, the jungle and the ocean. The energy is amazing.
It is a smaller development operated by Carlos and Sandra so you do not get the corporate feel like some of the larger gated communities. although they have several bldgs done, most of the lots are still empty so it is green and lush everywhere and the development plan calls for keeping it this way (except clearing for the coming new houses as lot owners build). The penthouse condo we stayed in was also awesome.
We decided we like it here sooo much, we made a deal for an ocean view lot and Carlos will build us OUR OWN piece of this paradise there in 3 years.
Seriously, this visit was a life changing event for us and we plan soon to indulge in this environment for the rest of our life’s.
