Sólo les falta ser más claros en sus costos ya que cuando reservé me dijeron un costo y otro al momento de pagar, los cambiaron y no me avisaron, tampoco me parece adecuado que cobren más por servicio, por pagar con tarjeta y no avisen previamente, no entiendo por qué cobrar con tanta diferencia entre pago en efectivo y con tarjeta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato del personal es bastante malo. Desde la persona que atiende las citas vía Whatsapp hasta el recibimiento te tratan de forma prepotente y despota. El masaje es bueno pero el trato no. Yo no regresaría con ellos.
The treatment of the staff is quite bad. From the person who attends appointments via WhatsApp to the reception they treat you arrogantly and despotically. The massage is good but the treatment is not. I would not go back to them.

The massages are good but the service is disgusting. The people are very unkind, they treat you with the tip of the foot, from making the appointment to the place, as if you would do them the favor of going.
