★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experiencia dada la contingencia que vivimos no cumplen con los acuerdos hice una compra grande reiterándoles si contaban con el material y me dijeron que si lo tenían; después de 20 días estoy acá con ellos para pedir la devolución de mi dinero porque no tienen el material; perdida de tiempo atraso en la obra que tengo y ahora a buscar el piso en otro lado con más prisa. Horrible servicio
Horrible experience given the contingency we live in, they do not comply with the agreements, I made a large purchase reiterating if they had the material and they told me that they did have it; after 20 days I am here with them to ask for my money back because they don't have the material; lost of time delay in the work that I have and now to look for the apartment elsewhere with more haste. Horrible service

Real8ce la compra tenian en existencia el material y hablan para informar que casualmente rompieron todo el material 72 cajas.... dificil de creer.. lo que hacen es que venden lo que no tienen o si otro cliente les compra mas metraje se le hace muy facil darle el material que ya compro el otro cliente para acompletar la venta que mas les convenga. Cero etica, el gerente un prepotente sin educacion no fue ni para disculparse solo respondio NO ME IMPORTA E TENIDO DEMANDAS POR MONTOS MAS ALTOS. Si le parece bien y si no también... Además supuestamente nos regresará el dinero en 15 dias hábiles. Todavía que venden algo que no tienen tienen el descaro de no regresar eñ dinero. Y estoy viendo varios coomentarios donde les regresaron el dinero despues de 3 meses. Nosotros si procederemos legalmente.
