J	Jerome “The Jym” Daivs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT FLY! Absolutely horrible! Very unorganized! Very Very poor customer service! They canceled my fight an hour before it was supposed to take off. They booked me a new flight for the next afternoon. I found an earlier flight and tried to get a flight credit and they refused. When I asked to speak to a Manger they said call back tomorrow an hour before your fight leaves.

They told us we need a visa to go to Columbia. We struggled to get our bags back and even worse no one speaks English. We had a terrible experience.

They won’t refund and what’s worse is that there wasn’t any flight on that day anymore. I had to get a one way flight to Cancun now for an exorbitant price and was stuck at the CBX to wait for our flight the next day. Had to spend for a hotel for one night in TJ. Never again with this airline. I will not even recommend VivaAerobus even to my worst enemy.

And when they find will manipulate you to pay by calling your name as last call to departure with is not true. Can’t believe this is an airline, more like gang. Do your self a favor, book somewhere else you will pay less at last.

I trusted someone else to book my flight for a cancun trip from TJ and this will be the last time I will let someone else book my flight. Before the day of departure they changed our times multiple times and canceled our flights just to have us rebook the exact same flights with different flights number. They do not provide water nor snack on the flights. When they have delays they don't exact tell you anything about why the flights are delayed. They caused me to miss my connecting flight due to a 3hr delay. They changed our flights from a 2-3hrs layover to 12hrs layover... 5hrs flight with no water provided. I will never use them again.
