Volaris Aguascalientes - 20340 Aguascalientes

Pésimo, pésimo 5 horas de retraso de Aguascalientes a CDMX que por que hay mucho tráfico en el aeropuerto Benito Juárez. Si hay un nuevo aeropuerto el Felipe Angeles y no está saturado no entiendo porque no lo usan y dejar de quitarle el tiempo ala gente con estos retrasos y todavía tienen la osadía de decir me que pasó lo mismo ayer, que me recomiendan que viaje durante el día. Osea mi negocio tiene que girar alrededor del pésimo servicio y organización de Volaris

Aeropuerto alejado de la población, es un poco chico para tan importante ciudad, aunque es práctico!

Tengo años viajando por aguascalientes maleta si viajas 25 kilos te la cobran en la ajencia si 700 pesos por todo te cobran asi que pesen maleta amigos me gusta esta bonito limpio por la el covid tienen su reglas sanitarias cuando viajes aqui mismo nacional ya piden tu credencial menores acta de nacimiento la orijinal saludos a todos los tranajadores de aguascalientes todo mui organisado un fuerte abraso los enpliados tienen una labor cansada

In the three times I’ve tried to fly with Volaris, the flights have been canceled because of weather. In those times when there were cancelations, the manor that the employees have acted has been ridiculous. There doesn’t seem to be any type of protocol for these cancellations and the idea of customer service seems to be lost with this airline. The only alternatives to the cancelations of the flights are compensation for the tickets days later, or changing your tickets for another flight through Volaris. With the amount of people whose flights had been cancelled neither of these alternatives helped very much. Most of the flights were next day or hours away forcing us to wait at the airport for hours hoping the next flight would actually leave the airport. The third time we tried to fly with Volaris and the flight was canceled, we had to pick up our bags that we had checked. Once we were directed to where we would pick up our bags and followed the directions, we were met by confused employees telling us to go the opposite way and wait in another line. During this time people with the same flight as us were distressed and just wanted to pick up their luggage but they weren’t letting us. Once they finally decided, after asking everyone and still being answered by more confused employees, we started to collect our luggage. This night happened to be rainy which was the cause for the cancellation, we were told our luggage would be covered from the weather. Once we were collecting our bags, we found out luggage wet and someone who had checked their dog in a basket found their dog wet and cold. There should be more preparation for events like these so that the employees are more aware and the customers are more comfortable.

The people working there try really hard to help everyone however, it appears that the organization and flow of things does not help. I take this opportunity to mention that the small space at the counter area and the "new" immigration stand (literally a whole on the wall) is completely, absolutely inadequate. There was ONLY ONE immigration officer to process passengers from three flights! After a couple of hours, finally one more arrived. Once you get to the airport, there are more than one questionnaire that needs to be filled out. Be ready to take screen shots of them so you can show them later as needed. While you stand in line for the check in at Volaris they will ask you to scan a different stamp, and fill out yet another questionnaire. The first questionnaire from when you enter the airport will have to be shown to enter to the security check, (remember the screen shot?) after you checked in. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHECK IN WITHOUT A COVID-19 TEST with a negative result if you go to the USA. The SALUD DIGNA lab has one for $300.00. Star Medica one for $500.00. Biodiagnostica $800.00 and at the airport you can have it for about $400.00 at the Laboratorio Médico Polanco LBP located at the entrance to the airport. The time to get results varies from one lab to the next, please do your due diligence and have a safe trip ??

Volaris employee Stephani de la rosa was super mean to the old people who didn't know how to manage the apps on the phones. She was so rude and unprofessional.

It's a great experience to fly from aguascalientes, I get there about 1 hour before departure and still have time to relax before my flight.

The customer service INSIDE was fantastic, the phone system when trying to reach someone is horrible, you are better off going in ( if you live close, and if they have flights that day)
