Flying back home from Cancun arrive 3:30 hours early only to discover my flight had been oversold and got the news I had no flight me my wife and daughter were left in the airport to 10 pm got home 5:05 am next day please don’t fly in this airline you will regret don’t want to give 1 star but have to

Omg.... Don't fly with this airline. They over charge you for everything and when you try to change your flight your changes are nothing is available or they going to over charge you. Customer service are rude and oviously they don't like their job. Per baggage that is not registered is over $$$$60 Dollar's. When they cancel your flight all they can said is sorry. Never again going to wates my time or money with this company..? and the only reason I give them one star is cause I wanted to write this reviews. They desert 00000 star's

Unacceptable treatment. As a traveller, flying is normal. This is the first airlines that treated me like a number, refused to bring my skateboard (attached to my check in), and demanded more than assisted. Customer service is NOT their priority.

Very bad organisation at the airport in Cancun. They cancelled our flight and we had to wait for hours to receive luggage and everything. I would not blame the normal staff, they are just doing their job. But the management was just not well organised. I was really unhappy... :/

Volaris itself was great. The whole team was kind and helpful. However, the airport in cancun was hectic. Every car rental, taxi, busline and all transport services will bombard you upon arrival. Be sure you have transport booked BEFORE arrival to skip this ordeal

You’re staff is uneducated, not helpful and lazy after arriving 3 hours in advance they still could not give accurate information to help our service dog and their out right misinformation for something simple cost us our flight. Then they wouldn’t rebook us after their 3 hour disaster service. No one speaks English and no one understands paperwork. If you need service and help don’t expect it from here.

One star, just because there is no zero stars option. Do yourself a favour and avoid this airline, especially if you have onward connections. Booked three flights, one of them cancelled just a night before starting the international trip and a few days before the flight. So called customer service should have rebooked us on same day flights, however they didn’t, so we had to get vouchers and rebook ourselves another route, and lost money as one of the vouchers couldn’t be used for the new booking. The other two flights were delayed for 2-3 hours each, chaos at the airport, staff didn’t know or didn’t want to help, will never book with them again

Volaris is horrible. I gave them another chance after a horrible experience in July 2021. They cancel your flight without notice make you waste your time and money. Don't make the mistake of flying with them. It's worth paying a Lil more and going with another airline. Frontier and spirit are top tier compared to them and that says alot. Worst airline ever. I mean so bad that I wish I could give negative stars. This is the last time I will ever waste my time and money with them.
